For as long as I can remember, I've loved bringing people together. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto's, I became much more intentional about the foods and drinks I chose. Living gluten free taught me to pay closer attention to ingredients, and I often found myself wishing there were more thoughtfully crafted options that fit the moments I loved most… celebrating with friends, watching the sunset, or spending time with family.

That idea became the beginning of Ray Jay's.
